• Customer/User Interface: This (B2C) interface is designed to accept online Immigration requests for all services including filings of Permanent Residence Labor Applications, Immigrant petitions, Applications for Adjustment of Status as well as filings of Labor Condition Applications, H-1B petitions, L-1 petitions, TN petitions and all other non-immigrant petitions. User can upload their personal information as well as personal documents required for the immigration processing.
• Administrative Interface: As the name suggests, this is the back end process where user login credentials are created and all the user immigrations requests, information and documents are accessible to Super Admin.

• A user can assign role based access rights thereby ensuring an unauthorized user is unable to access crucial or confidential information. The super admin is the only user with complete access to the system while others will be designated limited access as per their defined roles.
• This system is meant for B2C and B2B applications. The customers will directly initiate the online visa process by filling the online personal information (Questionnaire) form and uploading all required documents as per the predefined checklist.
• Our clients and employees of those organizations can submit immigration service requests and required documents to our office online and can also keep track of their Immigrant or Non-Immigrant petition processing status
• The software is designed to accept bulk visa requests
• Through the use of this universal 100% paperless application, the visa process is simplified and the turnaround time is reduced drastically.
• The client’s information is captured by the system and stored securely in its database for future use. This means the next time applying for a petition the client is saved from re-adding all the information and is required to only enter information pertaining to the new petition.
• The software provides the functionality of easily uploading and saving photographs and other important documents for each of the client’s employees
